Client Care also offers proactive maintenance plans to keep systems running reliably all year long to regularly tune operation systems to meet the client’s ever-changing lifestyle.

Given the sophistication of today’s home theater and automation technology, system outages can happen at any time. An EDG Client Care Maintenance Agreement is the answer, providing both proactive maintenance to prevent breakdowns and rapid priority response to any emergency. Our Preventative Maintenance Checklist outlines the items our Client Care reps will check during scheduled maintenance visits. You’ll get a detailed report informing you of tasks completed, potential trouble spots, and suggestions for system upgrades. Our programs include preventive maintenance visits, technical labor hours for resolving problems that crop up and discounts on additional service or replacement parts.
